This year we have more workshop options for you. For those who want a full weekend of intermediate fiddle tuition there is the Fiddle Workshop Block that can be booked. Those who want to pick a workshop or two (or three, or more!) you can see the selection in the workshop grid.
Morning workshops are 1 hour each and £20, afternoon workshops are 1.5 hours and £25. We introduce our mixed melody individual workshops this year which are well suited to fiddle players who do not want to book the whole weekend block. Other melody instruments are also very welcome, the tutors will be fiddle players. For accompaniment instruments there is a separate selection of workshops. Classes should be booked in advance via the Festival Website.

SATURDAY 22nd MARCH 10:30am-11am Everyone is welcome at this lively introduction to trad music. Bring your dancing feet, clapping hands, some percussion (or borrow ours) and your parents. We’ll provide the tunes, you bring the beat!
SATURDAY 22nd MARCH 11:15am-12:00pm Beginners step dancing class for kids and parents. Join this fun introduction to step dancing. No previous experience required, just bring some comfy shoes and enthusiasm and we'll do the rest. Parents to remain on-site during the workshop. With Eibhlin Milne.
