Stella Wilkie grew up in Dundee playing at accordion and fiddle clubs and in dance bands with her father and brother. Stella later played further afield and came to appreciate different styles of playing with Shetland becoming her favourite place to play, making many trips there in the last 40 years. Stella plays with Hjaltibonhoga and the REMT Tattoo Fiddlers.
