Charlie Stewart was the winner of the prestigious BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician of the Year in 2017. Has recently recorded album ‘Thawcrook’ with harpist Rebecca Hill. His other session work has led to working on recordings with over 30 artists to date, Charlie also enjoys performing regularly with a variety of artists including Siobhan Miller, Matt Carmichael and Mischa MacPherson. Charlie is a founding member of the bands Naad-Hara, Dosca and Snuffbox, with highlights as a solo artist including a New Voices commission for Celtic Connections 2021.
